Mechanical Figures_Inspired by Tesla is one experimental / interactive movie WITHOUT THE BEGINNING AND WITHOUT AN END that will emerse a user in a a COMPLEX AND MAGICAL WORLD infused by the INSPIRATION, CREATIVITY AND INVENTIONS of 19ct. genius Nikola TESLA.
It will challenge the user to CONTEMPLATE AND EXPLORE concept of creativity with the help of some of the greatest minds of 21. Century!
Twirling around the world, from Zagreb, through London, Paris, Budapest, New York, Tokyo and New Zealand, capturing the present, the future and the past of technological and social development initiated by some of major Tesla’s inventions, from alternating current to radio, the film questions the synergy of creation and sustainability through a story about art, science and technology, featuring Laurie Anderson, Terry Gilliam, Marina Abramovic, Andy Serkis and Hiroshi Matsumoto, amongst others.
