  2. For many years Adobe has worked with designers in the community in the creation of their identities, each bringing their own unique style and allowing Adobe to curate an amazing body of work to represent their brand.. For this project, Adobe was seeking visionary artists who embody a multi-disciplinary approach to creativity that is unique—maximizing Adobe’s products both creatively and intellectually, traditionally and non-traditionally.

As such, Adobe invited GMUNK to participate in their Logo Remix project. The goal was to provide Adobe with an intriguing version of their logo, and interpreted in and reflective of the munkoStylez. The brand was a locked configuration, but the canvas was wide open and Munko and his crew at VT Pro Design certainly intended to play.

  3. This is a clip while implementing in place and first shows of the project.

Visitors are immersed in a 15-minute story about the rise of the Kingdom of Wu during the Spring and Autumn Period between 514–496 BC. We created a unique visual style as a mix of cinematic martial arts scenes shot in Shanghai combined with paint-style animations.

The linear storytelling is enhanced with interactive elements that reinforce the visitors’ feeling of being transported back in time, away to king HelV’s coming into power, his fight for hegemony, the victory at the battle of Boju and other great legends of that period.

  4. Autofuss was handed the titles for OFFF Cincinnati 2014, an opportunity that excited all of the talented artists within the studio's walls. A concept was formed to allow each artist to take a presenters name and create a unique physical scene or method to display the type. By building each scene in a different room of the studio, the camera travels around the studio capturing the emotional and physical environment of Autofuss.

The COCOLAB titles pushe you into the dark mist of a foggy and forgotten forest. Using real moss and branches, we hoped the texture and cadence would put the viewer on his feet, as if standing in the forest her/himself. The entire rig was enclosed in a small 'hot box' made of mat-board and blankets, then filled with dense fog. A projector sitting directly across the scene, facing the camera, played simple line-work animation. When shot through the fog, the animations transformed into physical lines and shapes cutting through the trees and moss.
