1. Here is another in my series of historic or scenic motorcycle roads - this one at Grand Tetons National Park near Jackson, Wyoming taken summer 2013. The best footage is near the end of the video, but I hope you'll find it all interesting. Sprinkled in is some hiking and rafting footage. 2. I posted a video last fall of the original historic Oakland - San Francisco Bay Bridge (vimeo.com/73434886). The old span from Oakland to Yerba Buena Island is now closed. Here is a video of the new bridge filmed December 29, 2013 at 8:30 AM on an absolutely gorgeous day. It was so nice that I continued shooting on Embarcadero... San Francisco's historic waterfront. Many thanks to my buddies Mark and J for riding with me... and look for a special appearance by Jonathan Livingston Seagull... Enjoy! Music: selections from "Winter Bonfire" by Serge Prokofiev; recorded by the New London Orchestra - itunes.apple.com/us/album/winter-bonfire-op.-122-i./id585609194?i=585609197
    Paul, very nice clip!

  3. 3 couples... 3 motorcycles on a 10-day motorcycle trip from the San Francisco Bay Area to Yellowstone and back. I used a GoPro Hero 3 camera for all the motorcycle & rafting video, and an Olympus TG1 for the still shots and other video. ...hope you enjoy it!

  4. Here's another in my series of historic or scenic motorcycle roads - the Hayden Valley of Yellowstone National Park. The Hayden Valley runs about ten miles south to north from Lake Yellowstone to Yellowstone Falls. If you ever go, you'll soon discover its a frequent buffalo hang-out. I was able to shoot it at sunset, and again at around 8:30 in the morning... enjoy!

  5. "Beartooth Pass" officially opened June 14, 1936. Often referred to as "The most beautiful drive in America", it is a destination in it's own right. It is a 68 mile corridor beginning just south of Red Lodge, MT, and ending near the Northeast entrance to Yellowstone and Cooke City, MT. This video starts just east of Cooke City heading east with my GoPro handlebar mount; then we turn around at the Wyoming/Montana border and head back west with the helmet mount. Unfortunately we ran out of time to ride the portion from the border to Red Lodge… we need to go back!!

This channel is dedicated to the enjoyment of riding America's scenic roads on a motorcycle. Inspiration for this channel came after taking a 10-day road trip from the SF Bay Area to Yellowstone with two other couples. We shot video along the way and got lots of scenic and interesting footage. Do you enjoy biking too? Get out there and ride... shoot some video along the way, and share your trip with the rest of us.
