Dear Sister is a short film I directed that is distributed freely across Africa with the intent to raise awareness about the reality of human trafficking.
This is a film about Thando, a township boy who finds an opportunity for his beloved sister to make it big in the city. Their hopeful separation is soon followed by deadly silence. As Thando sets out to find his sister, he comes face to face with the dirty underworld of human trafficking. This story is about a brother's desperate love and his ultimate betrayal.
