It's easy to get started with Dennemeyer. Broadly speaking there are just two steps, the pre-contract steps and the post-contract steps.
The three pre-contract steps start off with finding out your total number of patents. Then we find out if you would like to be a permanent order client; a permanent order client means that we'll pay all of your annuities unless instructed otherwise. Then we just need to know the start date for the contract and we're all set to go.
The post-contract steps start by finding out the frequency in which you would like to receive your renewal notices. Once we have that, you send us your data and we check for the accuracy and any inconsistencies. Once we've resolved those inconsistencies with you, we have all the data and we're all set to go.
Now that you're a customer, we will send you renewal notices. We have two options for you to give us your instructions, you can submitted them via the online portal or you can send us an email. Then we will invoice you. Once it's paid, your annuity will be renewed.
