Where do I even begin. This trip no, this pilgrimage back to the great country of Norway was more than just something I experienced. I really lived it. One of the obstacles filmmakers try to overcome is to make the audience feel a part of the story, live the experience with the people on the screen. Being both the the filmmaker and subject of these films I can only hope I have breached this impediment and made you feel as special as I do to participate in experiencing such a magical and unique culture. Norway is much more than just a place I lived for a year. It is my second home, but more times than I can count I wish it was my home. The people, the mountains, the friends, the light and the love you find there is so addicting. So warming and welcoming. Norway, I love you.
This episode picks up on my 5th day of my 10 day adventure. Sleeping on my best friend's couch, hiking the snowy mountains in Convers and shorts, and finding myself once again drunk with a camera, having the time of my life. I can not tell you enough how wonderful this place truly is.
Shot mainly on a shitty Panasonic HC - V110 ( $160 on craigslist)
