A strength, conditioning coach and movement specialist, Brian has built a global reputation for delivering results for a wide range of endurance athletes by focusing on strength specific conditioning alongside superior bio-mechanics.

His early adoption of the Pose running method into his training regimen has influenced thousands of cross-trainers, in many instances re-introducing them to the joy of running, pain-free and in keeping with their bodies' natural mechanics.

At STR/KE MVMNT we are focused on making shoes that allow the foot to do what it does best. Brian is passionate about the same design principles and we look forward to engaging him in the process as we continue to develop our footwear program.
