Have you ever been up too late and watched those melodramatic informercials that pull your heart strings? Well, this is like that if you replace needy dogs with needy college students. It's a funny way to look at discipleship and mentoring.
Everywhere. Local, Global and everywhere in-between.
We are so passionate about missions, our desire is that everyone in our church body go on a mission trip each year. We continue to see more and more people catch that vision and partner with the Lord locally and globally, short-term and long-term. If you have a desire to make an impact email Jeremy Cook at email@example.com to request trip info.
At its most basic level, mentoring helps because it guarantees a young person that there is someone who cares about them. Think back. Did you know how to study for a test or make plans for college? Do you remember wanting your first car or looking for a part-time job? Simple things that seem easy or straightforward to you now may appear to be a complete mystery to a young person.
Watch and be encouraged by these young adults that have benefited from mentoring and discipleship.
