On February 5, 2016 curator and installation designer Robert Young displayed his signature fine art portrait collection, YOUNG World Faces, in the Royal Ontario Museum. While a selection of his 7ft tall backlit portraits graced the Shreyas and Mina Ajmera Gallery of Africa, The Americas, and Asia-Pacific | Level 3, a 20 foot projection of the entire collection towered over onlookers in the Hyacinth Gloria Chen Crystal Court, a graceful atrium lobby located in the Michael Lee-Chin Crystal. The soaring four-story interior was named in honour of Michael Lee-Chin’s mother.

Young began capturing these unique portraits in 2009 and the collection continues to grow, now featuring over 40 nations. Learn more at RobertYoungIAm.com
