  1. A promotional video I made for AIR Studios - a guided tour round the main facilities housed at AIR Lyndhurst in Hampstead, London. I filmed, edited and produced this video, and supervised the grade. One of the finest recording studios in the world and with matchless film scoring facilities, AIR was established by Sir George Martin in 1969, and I worked for AIR as Director of Business Development from 2006 to 2010, principally in developing it's post production facilities.

Many of the worlds most memorable film soundtracks have been recorded at AIR over the years, and many legendary albums have also been recorded there.

"Ten Years Kashmir" provided by kind permission of Corner Stone Cues, recorded and mixed in Lyndhurst Hall by Nick Wollage.

Filmed, edited and produced by Rob Kelly.

  3. This is an extract from 'Maze', a dual screen, surround sound audio-visual installation piece created by artist Stuart Pearson Wright, featuring himself and actress Keira Knightly, for which I recorded and edited foley, did the sound design and created a 9 channel surround sound mix. I was also technical consultant and, working with Avid UK, provided equipment for it's world premiere in London. The piece was originally exhibited in Stuart Pearson Wright's 2010 solo show '"I Remember You" at Riflemaker Gallery, London. 'Maze' has also featured in the inaugural exhibition of the Solyanka State Museum of Moscow, and "Everybody Know This is Nowhere" at Stephenson Works, Newcastle, England.Designed for simultaneous playback on two screens at opposite ends of a room, and with 9 channels of surround sound, the film is approximately 11 minutes long. It was shot on Super 16mm film, and the mono production sound was enhanced with foley, atmospheres and sound design to create an enveloping surround sound environment for the viewer, replayed through 9 speakers positioned around the room

Conceived and directed by Stuart Pearson Wright
Performed by Stuart Pearson Wright and Keira Knightly
    Produced by Lisa Trnovski

  4. The first promo video for the Trans-Siberian March Band, for whom I play percussion. Edited and directed by Kobie Flashman. I co-produced it with Einav Massad and did the audio post production & sound design (it was shot mute so I added all the sound in post), composing the 'score' for the first bit, recording, editing mixing and mastering the music, building the space ship (with Anthony Rodd), location scouting, casting, post supervision, arranging VFX to stop the space ship wobbling, making bacon sandwiches, fixing smoke machines and breaking up fights.

It was shot and edited by the disgustingly talented Kobie Flashman, for more info and a complete list of credits please see here -

Big thank you to everybody that worked so hard to make the TSMB's first video.

  5. A promotional 'tour' video I made for East London's Strongroom Studios, where I worked from 2002 to 2011 in a variety of technical and management roles, and am still based. I shot, edited and produced the film, and it was graded by Adrian Brindle at Air Post Production.

Strongroom is one of Europe's leading music studio complexes and also offers audio and video post production facilities (through sister company, rents office space and studios to producers, engineers, record labels and songwriters, and is also home to the Strongroom bar, and excellent bar, kitchen and live music venue.

"Rules don't stop me" provided with kind permission of We Are Scientists, which was recorded at Strongroom.

Many thanks to all those Strongroom staff and clients who appear in it.
