The COVID-19 pandemic and anti-racism solidarity demonstrations are calling out global inequities and the need for social justice. It is even more important that Rotary be an organization inclusive of all cultures, experiences, and identities. This breakout session provides an opportunity to hear from Rotarians at the forefront of change, learn about Rotary’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) progress, and be equipped with tools to create a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable organization.
