San Diego Filmmaker's Meeting Channel

Speaker: Bob Gardner
5-13-2014 at Video Gear San Diego.
Without a script to guide you, how do you stay on track when shooting a documentary. Many filmmakers feel confident when handed a script. It's a prescription, a guide to what the producer hopes to accomplish. Documentaries are more organic. They grow, morph, flourish, and sometimes die, depending on the sources interviewed and the ever changing information gleaned.
