This Webinar in the Secondary Literacy Partnership’s 2015–16 series, Building Capacity and the California Standards: Teaching and Leading Excellence, increases participants’ knowledge and understanding of building literacy within a MTSS framework and the critical role secondary teachers play in alignment at all levels of the system to improve outcomes for all students, specifically those who may not have been provided access or a safe learning environment.
