  1. A FINE LINE premiered on December 17th at the Palau de la Musica Catalana, Barcelona to three packed screenings. With Kilian on hand to present his film, the audience were thrilled to hear him speak about the first year of Summits of My Life.

The film is available for download now

“Someone said we are our dreams, that if we don’t dream we are no longer alive.

A Fine Line takes us on a breathtaking journey over the spectacular snow covered peaks of the Alps as we join a small group of extraordinary mountain athletes in their pursuit of happiness and fulfillment.

Kilian Jornet is an exceptional sportsman. At only 25, the ski mountaineering racer and ultra trail runner is already a multiple record holder and winner of numerous world titles in ski alpinism and mountain marathons. For him and others born in the mountains, the challenges and dangers of their environment are part of everyday life. The search for happiness can come at a very high price, but the pursuit of their passion remains an overwhelming motivation.

“We can’t be sure we’ll find it, but we’re going in search of happiness.”

  3. Early 2013, we had a little ride with our Landrover once again. A shorter trip this time, we tried to discover most of Moroccos versatile landscapes in just 3 weeks, from the Coast to the forest regions of the Middle Atlas, from the hectic Medinas of Fés and Marrakech to the high mountain ranges of the High Atlas, and finally to the dunes of the Sahara Desert. Big thanks go out to Sigma Technologies (, a local production company that invited us and provided great assistance and all our equipment. Enjoy! (4k version available soon, maybe)

  4. *Com legenda em Portugues*
Searching for our start point and the journey down the Rio Maú was one of the toughest phases of the expedition that we’ll face. Here´s a short video of our journey so far in the extreme north of Brazil — deep in the the jungle of Conan Doyle’s Lost World. With so many stories to tell and already a big archive of footage, we´re releasing these brief updates whenever we get an internet connection… but saving the best bits for our final production.

To get the full story and photos see

Right now we are in Boa Vista, the state capital of Roraima. It´s been good to get some rest, eat a lot and process our photos and video footage. We also need to fix our canoe which took a beating on the rapids on Maú. Manaus lies 800km away down the Rio Branco and Rio Negro, we´ll be checking in there in around a month for another update.

    Date: 21 Sept — 01 Nov 2012
Route covered: Serra do Caburaí — Source of the Rio Maú - Boa Vista; by foot, packraft and canoe.
    State: Roraima
Total expedition distance covered: 753km (468miles)

  5. This video is about our trip, where we were hitchhiking from Vancouver to Yukon, just with small bags. We have traveled 7,000 kms to land of icebergs and grizzly bears, met many wild animals, hit rock bottom and had an unforgettably great time. FRAME3
