First edit in the Slow Motion Ocean series! We spent two hours at a reef clean up at China Walls removing fishing line and lead weights. The amount of fishing line, lead weights, and other debris was saddening as many corals were completely entangled, wrapped by an endless line. The edit is titled 'Breaking Lines' to show the necessity of protecting reefs and breaking them free of debris.

The goal of the Slow Motion Ocean series is to give others a chance to slow down and appreciate the slow motion view of the ocean. Each episode highlights creatures, reefs, and other ocean life to support ocean conservation. More minute long episodes to come!

The Slow Motion Ocean series is a collection of under water edits highlighting the beauty and tranquility of the ocean. Each episode focuses on a different theme, but all episodes are made to bring awareness to the importance of the ocean and everything within it. I hope by creating and publishing these videos to share my perspective on life in the ocean.
