...With most modern television designed to be absorbed with the aid of time-dilating anti-depressants, SOMA TV represents the last known example of television played in real-time, a bit like watching a DVD in black and white (by the way it's meant to be 2032).

SOMA TV was an attempt to harness the power of editing and to create watchable scenarios from the most mundane situations.
