“In Search of Majesty - Klamath County“ is a work in progress which looks at the four season from spring to winter. Anders Tomlinson began documenting Klamath County, once called the “Switzerland of America,” in the summer of 1995. Klamath Falls, population 20,840, is the largest city in the county, population 65,910, and is the northwestern corner of the Great Basin and Range. The southeastern corner of the Great Basin and Range is Álamos, Sonora, Mexico which is the subject of another documentary Anders is producing. Both places are filled with biological and geographic diversity. Both are places of majesty.
Music, in progress, is “Dawn to Dusk” by the Dig Brothers under the musical direction of Denver Clay. Photos and editing are by Anders Tomlinson.
