KPFF Stormwater Cinema

With the SE Division Streetscape project, KPFF helped the City of Portland transform an unattractive and run-down arterial roadway into Portland’s most comprehensive green main street – one of the first in the nation. The project gracefully combines much-needed infrastructure and safety improvements with public art and green spaces.

Client: Portland Bureau of Transportation. Film by Ian Probasco.
