ALTAR FLOWERS are placed by Pat & Audrey Frederick in thanks to God for their 38th wedding anniversary and in memory of Elmer (‘Bud’) & Joyce Hatz who shared the same anniversary date with them (June 7). In gratitude to God, Pat & Audrey have also given $380.00 to the New School Fund.

ADULT INSTRUCTION CLASS
We are looking to start a new adult instruction class toward review of basic Bible teachings or church membership in late summer or early fall. If you or someone you know is interested, please phone the pastor: 486-2754.

EDUCATION COMMITTEE & CHURCH COUNCIL NOTES
Church carpeting was professionally cleaned this past Tuesday. District Convention was held at Watertown this past week. Main topic was “Rural Evangelism.” Alignment of classrooms for the 2018-2019 school year will be: Mrs. Gwen Manke – Pre-school & Kindergarten; Miss Megan Lepke, Grades 1 & 2; Mr. Eric Duve – Grades 3 & 4; Miss Karen Bauer– Grades 5 & 6; Mr. Richard Bakken – Principal and Grades 7 & 8. School Scrip allocations starting in July will be 75% (instead of 50%) for family credits and 25% for discretionary fund. Preliminary drawings for a potential new school were discussed. The Council will address the potential appointment of a building committee with the voters.
