  1. This video was produced by the SUBR John B. Cade Library at Southern University in support of the Southern University Open Textbook Week 2016. The J. B. Cade Library was very instrumental in the conception, planning and deployment of the Southern University Open Library for Education (suol4ed). As core member of the SUOL leadership team, J. B. Cade, under Emma Bradford Perry, dean of libraries, provides faculty stipends to encourage adoption of Open Education resources within the Southern University System. This advocacy video features Dean Emma Bradford Perry and Ms. Dawn Kight, assistant University librarian for technology and information services.
