I am a video journalist who shoots, writes and edits news packages for online and TV broadcast. Most previously I was a Content Producer-Web Reporter for WNBC-TV. I was also the New York contributor for the online news platform, Go Inspire Go. My work has been featured on The Huffington Post, MSNBC.com and NBC New York's multiple broadcast platforms. Previously, I worked as the Greenroom page for Weekend TODAY, was a PA for CNBC's Fast Money and served as the Press Page for the Syfy Channel.

I own all of my own gear, including a Canon HV30 HD camera and Sony Vegas editing software. I am highly proficient on Final Cut Pro/Express. I have basic proficiency on Avid and EDIUS. I have 7 years experience web designing.

One of the most exciting stories I have covered is the political uprising against former Taiwanese President Chen. I interviewed local officials and activists to support newsgathering efforts for TTV, Taiwan's 24 hour cable news channel.

I also helped produce segments for ABC 20/20. My work has appeared in "Living Life on the Edge," "Inside the Pirate Kingdom" and John Stossel's "Hot Buttons" hour.

In 2008 the East Bay Press Association named me their Undergraduate Journalist of the Year. I was also awarded a scholarship from KNTV.

I am highly proficient in Mandarin Chinese. I also understand and speak basic Taiwanese and Japanese.

Graduate of UC Berkeley, Class of 2008
