1. It’s Week 4 of a Journey to Headstand and we are nearing the end of our challenge! It’s been just amazing flowing and feeling playful on the yoga mat, exploring new landscapes of the body and mind helping us to access sirsasana or headstand pose. Let’s take some time to celebrate our progress!

    This week we continue working on a myriad of postures, holding each for 30 seconds to two minutes while breathing rhythmically with slow, controlled breaths. Let's start this week off strong! 💪

    Our back drop is in the beautiful jungle studio at @Kambohuascalodge, a place that exudes beauty, peace, and is infused with a 360 view of nature and the sweetest of sweet animals! 💞 We absolutely loved our time there and are excited to share snip bits of the experience💙💙We hope u feel the peace and tranquility through and through🙏
