I took a driving trip down to Meadville, PA for the IWC Night of the Superstars. Didn't know what to expect because I have only been to one wrestling event... a WWF Raw back in the late 90s. The drive was four hours and I hit a snowstorm at the state line. The reason for going to the event was purely to meet Scott Hall. At first, the event seemed really disorganized and I started to fear the worst. An hour after meet & greet was supposed to start we were still waiting for stars to arrive. Booker T arrived... then half an hour later Jeff Jarrett came in. I still feared the worst because I know Scott Hall has had health issues in the past. Suddenly, Hall came into the auditorium. It was an exciting moment. I met Scott and had a nice chat with him. Later, there was a great wrestling event in the school's gym. Scott introduced the event, Booker T played manager for a tag team title match and Jeff Jarrett wrestled the local favourite. There was a lot more action actually. I had front row seats, but chose to go to the back of the bleachers to capture a more objective framing of all the action. These videos are the highlights that I recorded on my Canon 60D.

Ray Lyn is really great. She is part of that great tradition where the women in wrestling are valets who can wrestle, instead of divas who can valet. Wish they would bring that back. I hope that she gets an opportunity to break through to the WWE.
