A presentation of expert recommendations on reviving a faded section of Richmond Ave. and its surroundings. The multidisciplinary panel of experts who participated in the ULI Technical Assistance Program panel, "Reimagining The Richmond Corridor" A group of concerned area property owners, in partnership with Houston Independent School District, (HISD), Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, (METRO), and Houston City Council District J, Council Member Mike Laster, invited the ULI Houston District Council to provide expert advice on an area with Richmond Ave. forming its spine, and extending from Chimney Rock Rd., to Hillcroft Ave., and from Westpark Dr. to Wertheimer Rd.
