Village Basement Sessions

Michael Ragosta began writing songs under the moniker This Good Robot over five years ago while on tour with his former band Patent Pending. Seeking help from old friend Andrew Sclafani, TGR quickly became a full band, full time project. Friends Lou Derose, Walter Mayer, and John Welsh were brought in to round out the fivepiece and they began writing, recording, and performing in earnest in September of 2009. In December of 2010, This Good Robot absorbed Mania in Urbania to form an eight person megagroup.
