A number of countries in Africa continue to be victims of the effects of climate change. The latest is the drought that has been experienced in the region for the better part of this year. Water scarcity and floods has brought immense challenges to water utilities as well as Governments as they try to fulfil their commitment to ensuring that water and sanitation service for all as a human right.
