Kill List – The Musical is a short comedy directed by Kate Herron and was finalist in the Film4 Scene Stealers competition in 2012. The aim of the competition was to remake a scene from the Film4 slate and give it a fresh spin. The film is a musical take on the infamous hammer murder scene in Ben Wheatley’s Kill List (2011).

It had it’s UK festival premiere at Raindance Film Festival in 2012 and was also featured by Empire Movie Magazine.

Kill List – The Musical was co-written by Kate Herron with and stars Andrew Pugsley from Showstoppers! The Improvised Musical (The Times Best of the Fringe 2013 and nominated for Chortle’s Best Music Variety Act 2011). The film also stars comedians Gus Brown (That Mitchell and Webb Look, one half of the double-act BBC Radio 4 Lawrence and Gus Untold Stories) David Reed (One third of multi-award winning sketch group The Penny Dreadfuls, over thirty 5* reviews) and Sarah Louise-Young (Julie Madly Deeply, Cabaret Whore).
