Wyandotte Nation

The Lemonade Stand Project was a contest modeled after the reality TV show The Apprentice. The intent of the project was to provide leaders within the Wyandotte Nation an opportunity to learn and practice the process of developing a new business. Five teams from the Wyandotte Nation were competing to see which team could build the most successful business.
The teams raised $2,500 and all proceeds benefited Camp Alliance, a non-profit out of Fayetteville, Ark., with a focus on supporting military units, personnel and families.
The teams sold lemonade from their stands at Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers, Ark., Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013 from 11 am to 4 pm.
