This is a gentle yoga sequence that uses breath and movement to both release and strengthen the low back. With a focus on ujjayi breath and the linking of that breath to movement, this is a perfect entry level class; however its profundity and ability to harness the power of the low back and the breath make it a good rejuvenation class for 'advanced' yogis. This would also be a powerful class to balance the nervous system, relieve stress issues, and heal the emotional levels of our being.
