New Scottish Artist Set To Take The UK Music Industry By Storm
Glasgow’s Cusick Jnr, 22, has been hotly tipped by major label A&Rs to break into the UK music scene in 2011.
His unique brand of pop music - with R&B and hip-hop influences - is sure to have the market-appeal of the major urban acts that currently dominate the UK charts.
In November 2010, Karbon nightclub in Glasgow’s city centre hosted Cusick Jnr’s debut show. The capacity crowd were treated to a selection of tracks from his forthcoming debut album, Life Secrets, with the young star demonstrating an impressive and energetic performance backed by a full live band.
His obvious talent is already attracting major label interest it is surely only a matter of time before he is offered a deal to showcase his music to a wider audience.
Next up for Cusick Jnr is a full live show at Glasgow’s Classic Grand on Saturday 18 December 2010, followed by a performance at Drake’s After Party with DJ Semtex (BBC Radio 1) in Karbon on Wednesday 05 January 2011.
And with a debut single scheduled for release early next year, Cusick Jnr is definitely one to watch!
