Devon’s professional accomplishments reflect his extensive experience, expertise and creativity in the production and management of film and video projects. Devon began his career as a producer and editor for Cinecraft Productions, Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio, where he produced, directed and edited regional commercial spots and marketing and promotional videos for fortune 500 clients such as, Progressive Insurance, Ernst & Young and BP America.
In the entertainment world, he directed Quincy Jones for the Anisfield Wolf Book Awards in 2001. In 2006 he produced the Gerald Levert Memorial Concert for the Levert family. He’s also worked with such national acts as En Vouge, Kym Whitely, Bell Biv Devoe, Stokley Williams (Mint Condition), Vesta Williams, and many others on various promotional videos, interviews and event show segments. Devon has two feature films under his belt that he edited including The Path of the Wind starring Wilford Brimley(Cocoon) as well as a handful of shorts.
Devon’s first role as Executive Producer was for the documentary 110 Feet, which was narrated by football Hall of Fame Inductee, Jim Brown. This project followed notable high school football stars from Canton McKinley High School and their journey to get the Pro Football Hall of Fame that was located just 110 feet from the 50 yard line of Fawcett Stadium.
Devon has a BS from Ohio University’s School of Telecommunications with a concentration in Video, Film and Audio Production.
