Tony Mottley is a 3-Time Emmy award winning producer, editor, and cinematographer. His career in broadcasting started as a talk show producer in radio with WDET, Detroit’s National Public Radio affiliate.

Career Accomplishments
Mottley received an Emmy in 1992 for his PBS City For Youth documentary, “Marvin’s Story” which detailed a gang member’s quest to develop a violence prevention program in the neighborhood where he sold drugs. He also won an Emmy for the 2006 doc on lead paint and in 2016 for a film short about a military veteran who was placed in a Habitat for Humanity home.
