Interdisciplinary artist Egor Kraft was born in 1986 in St. Petersburg, currently lives and works in London, UK. Egor gained education in the classical arts in both, Russian and Swedish schools, as well as education in contemporary arts and media theory in Moscow Rodchenko School, The Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. He received a grant and currently studies in the Central Saint Martin's College of Art and Design in London, UK. Along with the ongoing education Egor participated in various group exhibitions and biennales such as The 2nd Moscow Biennale of Young Art, 1st Kyiv International Biennale and parallel program of Manifesta 10. Over the course of past years he participated in the exhibitions in Australia, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Austria, Russia, Estonia, Poland, Sweden and UK. Egor held two large-scale solo exhibitions. Along with the artistic practice Egor runs a creative studio O–K Work, that focuses on creative projects in the field of arts and culture (including commissions from WIRED).
