We are E.L. Achieve's Elementary Services Team! We work to support K-6 administrators, coaches, and teachers in implementing high-quality instruction and assessment for English learners through Systematic ELD and Constructing Meaning. Teachers, all the time, say to us, "We get that English learners need explicit language instruction, but WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?" This collection of videos attempt to show just that. These models aren't perfect. They show an example and hopefully spur lots of discussion and brainstorming about what worked and how we can continue to improve.
