As a proud Asian American woman, Erica Chan seeks to master the art of storytelling to be able to tell compelling, inspirational, and moving stories about women. She primarily grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada where she was first introduced to editing in 2008. However, it wasn’t until her final year studying film at UNLV where she found her true passion in directing. She understood that it was the only way for her to achieve her life aspirations. Her hopes are to better the image and understanding of women through the art of storytelling. She is currently pursuing her MFA in Film Production at the FSU College of Motion Picture Arts to help perfect her skills as a storyteller, which will enable her to make her dreams a reality.
