Fulfilling the promise to myself to cook at the Basque grill-haven Asador Etxebarri, cooking nose-to-tail at London's St. John Bread & Wine, and circulating around the kitchen at the acclaimed Eleven Madison Park here in NYC for two-and-a-half years, I have engulfed myself in fine dining, honing my skill-set and developing my style in exceptionally disciplined, professional and inspiring kitchens.

My approach is rooted in authentic local flavors and my food brings together adventurous diners while encouraging culinary conversations at an intimate table. Experience in Europe, combined with my appreciation for the changing seasons of the Northeast, enables me to craft and, most importantly, share plates distinctly my own.
