Originally named “International Revue”, form magazine was founded by Jupp Ernst, Willem Sandberg, Curt Schweicher and Wilhelm Wagenfeld in 1957. Since then it has established itself as one of the world’s leading titles in the fields of product, industrial and communications design.
form sees itself as a forum for all design disciplines, with a target reader¬ship that includes designers, architects, managers, academics, students and business people. With news, themes and analyses, the magazine of¬fers orientation, identifies issues and stimulates design discourse.
The magazine is published bimonthly in German and English. form also acts since its refounding in 2012 as a content provider across all media and formats: As well as print and online publications, form’s portfolio includes trade fairs, seminars, lecture events and workshops. Furthermore there will be publications about outstanding designers and products as well as design school-, designer-, and architect-profiles.
