This is a persistent bug that seems to have been known about for at least 6 months with no fix? The help topics get closed because users are waiting for a fix and the topics get closed and locked due to inactivity?

All videos stream fine through mobile browsers from both vimeo and another video hosting sites. Mobile apps like YouTube stream fine over 3g of HD videos of much larger size and duration so it doesn't seem to be a video/file size limitation of Sprint 3g.

Is a fix being worked on and when can we expect to see it? Thanks!

Just to make sure, videos play fine if your device is connected via wi-fi?

I ran this by our mobile team and there's nothing on our end that would be blocking or preventing access. There may be an issue on Sprint's end, we'll see if there's anything we can do or inquire about to resolve this.
