I have a video that I frequently replace the video file on (as I update the edit). Each time I upload the file I get a warning that says: "The video's data rate is only 27 kbits/s which is lower than we recommend." This 4.5 minute H264 720 video file is 400 MBs. I strongly doubt that the data rate is 27 kbits/s. Has anyone else been getting this warning?

Thanks very much.

Do you know what data rate you are setting it to when you export?

Thanks, Mikey. I'm exporting it from FCPX so there aren't really any settings -- it's fixed. I'm exporting it at:
H264
720
Best Quality

But again, if the 4.5 minute video is 400 MBs, there's no way the data rate is that low. (Is there?)

Thanks again.

I'm not sure how to initiate a message directly to Zena. If I click the link you sent, it just takes me to the start of the support process, the same way I started with you. So won't I just be assigned randomly?

You can just write at the top "Please assign to Zena" – we'll do the rest :)
