Hi there,

Over two days ago, I requested a reset password link for my paid business account, polidoc (vimeo.com/polidoc) however I have not received any mail from you. I have requested two subsequent times since then as well. I have checked spam and trash to no avail.

Oddly, however, I do see that my regular account can receive the password reset link.

Can you please help me immediately?

Thank you SOOOO much. :) In a related question, perhaps, I do not receive notifications of my videos being uploaded - at least not all consistently. Sometimes, it's days later, sometimes, not at all. My most recent video did not emit an e-mail notification.

I have triple checked my settings and I have verified that the no-reply@vimeo.com is in my contacts again. Everything looks right on my side. I use the Safari browser.

Could you try checking your spam filter of your email?
