Playing large HD videos with Firefox do not work... nothing happens.
It works with other browsers....
You close several topics about it, but still the problem goes on...
So what?

Can you describe that happens? Can you please try upgrading Firefox to the current version?

I thought it was a know issue as there was several topics about it...
Well then, let me explain again: when you press "play", nothing happens.
That's it.

Hi there, this is not a known issue. It looks like you're using Firefox 11, which is still in beta. Are videos not playing in Firefox 10 either? Can you try disabling any add-ons you might be using in Firefox?

Are you fooling us?

I'm now using Firefox 11, but it did not work with Firefox 10.
I've disabled the add-ons but still doesn't work.
Kind of anoying... it works with Safari and Chrome.

Hey there, unfortunately, files over 2 GB will not play in Firefox. This is specific to their browser and we a working with them to resolve this. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi there. Yes, sorry, this is in fact a known issue. However - this is a problem on Firefox's end. It is physically unable to pass any data larger than 2GB. This means any video that is larger than 2GB cannot be played. In addition, any video larger than 2GB cannot be uploaded either. This is an unfortunate limitation of the way Firefox is built - there's nothing we can do about this. Sorry.

Ian Durkin just replied: "This is specific to their browser and we a working with them to resolve this."

What is the good answer? Are you working on it or not?

We may be able to create a work-around for this, but if we can, it's far off.
