I upgraded to a PLUS account from Europe. I'm only here temporary and need to be billed in USD. Unfortunately the website only offered EUR as currency. Please switch my account to USD. Thanks.

Hi Hendrik, the only way I can do this is to refund your account and have you repurchase Plus once you are in the states. Let me know if that is what you want.
