Landowners in rural Robertson County TX are potentially facing a showdown with Union Pacific Railroad. The railroad wishes to purchase this particular stretch of land to build a72-track wide rail classification yard on some of the most fertile soil found on this side of the planet that is comparable to the fertile soils of the Nile River Valley in Egypt.
