Gila River Festival--Three-Minute Film Fest

In June 2012, the Whitewater-Baldy Complex Fire, the largest fire in New Mexico history, burned in the Gila Wilderness, the headwaters of the Gila River. This year's fire was on the heels of last year's destructive Miller Fire. This short film, an entry in the Gila River Festival's Three Minutes Film Festival, examines the diversity of fire behavior and ecosystems response to fire.
