Based at The Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, The Royal Ballet is Britain's largest ballet company. Their programme includes classics such as Swan Lake and Sleeping Beauty as well as heritage and new works. Ex-dancer Kevin O'Hare, who has worked with industry legends such as Kenneth Macmillan, was recently appointed as new director of the company. His team of choreographers includes Wayne McGregor, Christopher Wheeldon and Liam Scarlett, a group that O'Hare believes are some of the best in the world. We follow him through the halls of The Royal Ballet, gaining access backstage and into rehearsals, while he explains that although not planning to shock, he is aiming to create the classics of the future.
