I'm a London based Spanish creative with 5 years experience in the UK media and film industries and a solid background in Advertising, Design and Digital Media. I graduated in 2008 from Central Saint Martins College of Art with a MA Communication Design, specialising in Film, Digital Media and Motion Graphics.
Before becoming a filmmaker, I worked as an art director in advertising for 5 years in Madrid (Young & Rubicam, Remo Asatsu) and then moved to London in 2006, where I started playing with moving image and visual storytelling. Right after graduating in 2008, I co-founded the director's collective Watergun, based in London, Madrid and Los Angeles. Since then, I've been directing music videos (Saint Saviour, The Other Tribe, Unicorn Kid), commercials (Coca-Cola, Adidas, The Weather Channel) and wrote, produced and directed my first short film in 2012 called "The Hummingbird".
The videos I have directed have won awards and recognition at the East End Film Festival in London, Cambridge Film Festival, Aesthetica Film Festival in York, International Film Festival of Patmos in Greece, Phink.TV Music Video Awards, MTV Europe QOOB and screened at Victoria & Albert Museum, Barbican Centre, RichMix, Latitude Festival, LeeFest, The Mall Galleries, Intel Remastered in London and Manchester, TENT at London Design Festival, ShellsuitZombie, The Book Club and Dalston Roof Park.
After a 4 year challenging experience as partner and director at the international creative collective Watergun, I feel ready to face new projects where I can develop my skills and grow under new environments.
