Their live act is electric and audiences all over the country have been getting into the Watussi groove.

The past few years have been nothing short of epic for this energetic troupe, having played at some of the country's most coveted festivals, namely the Sydney Festival, Vivid LIVE, the Port Fairy Folk Festival and Byron Bay Bluesfest. They have even traveled to South America to be the first Australian band ever to perform at the Festival Iberoamericano de Teatro in Colombia.

Their 2008 Aria-nominated debut album "Tequila, Sangre y Fuego" was followed up with 2011's well-received "1000% Handsome" EP. The band's most recent album "El Olvido" was released through MGM in the latter half of last year.

Raccoon Dog TV's Gab Burke caught up with lead singer and guitarist Oscar Jimenez ahead of the band's extensive national tour.
