A Personal Documentary for my Film 175 class at UCSC. Making lemon sherbet has been a family tradition for almost 80+ years. The recipe has changed and been perfected over time. I am not a big cook so making sherbet has helped me bring something unique to the table that I can share with others. I don't know anyone else who makes there own ice cream and I am a poor cook so I feel like I have something special with my family ice cream recipe that has been passed down throughout the years.
