"The natural treasures of Uvita" was shot by me during the first week of December 2012 on several locations in Uvita (Puntarenas, Costa Rica). This is the first nature short film in a series about Costa Rica, which will cover the Cloudforests of the Talamanca mountain range, the Sierpe Wetlands, Drake Bay, and of course the nature and wildlife of the Corcovado National Park on the Osa Peninsula.
I used the following equipment:
Canon EOS 7D, Canon EFS 15-85 IS USM lens, Heliopan ND Fader, Canon EF 100 2.8L IS USM macro lens, Canon EF 70-200 f2.8 L IS USM II lens, Canon 2x Extender III, Manfrotto tripod with video head, and a Rode Stereo Mic.
I have used FCP X to edit, as well as to color correct and color grade this film.
