The idea was to create a fun TV advert that would explain and promote a competition to win VIP tickets for the ‘Isle of MTV’, a music festival in Malta. We developed the animation concept and characters as an inseparable double act – a drippy simpleton dog and psychopathic cat (hairstyle based on Anton Chigurh’s ‘No Country for old Men’) bored of their drab home lives.
